The Story

This piece began with a photograph taken from the Tate Modern in early 2020, just before the world slowed down. At 16 and freshly graduated from high school, Josua picked up fineliner pens and began experimenting. City of London Skyline became one of his first major drawings, capturing the energy and detail of the capital’s architecture.

Creating it sparked a dream to one day live in London, which Josua fulfilled two years later. Each line is a reminder of that ambition, making the artwork not only a portrait of the city but also a symbol of chasing possibility.
